I just stumbled on another Santa Tracker, this time from the Today Show.  It has photos and videos from Santa's stops throughout the world.  There are also a couple of games on the site---a holiday match game and a puzzle game.   It doesn't seem to have as much to offer as the Norad site, but it is cute!  I am sure that a lot of your little ones will like the games and to look at Santa's photos!  You can check it out here.
