The warm weather has officially hit us. I don't know about you, but when it is hot out, I am not such a fan of eating warm dishes. One of our staple dishes for the warm weather is pasta salad. However, over the years, it has morphed more into a pasta salad bar where every can construct their own individual pasta salad.
To set up, all we do is boil our pasta ahead of time so that it has time to cool. Then, my husband--who is awesome at vegetable prep--cuts the vegetables we selected for the salad. Additionally, we cube some cheese. We are big vinegar fans, so we take out several vinegars to choose from. Then, we each assemble our own salads and voila--dinner is served!

The meal is so easy and everyone has something they like. We have also found that it is a good meal for when you want to clear out all of those odds and ends of veggies you have hanging out in the fridge at the end of the week!
