Pollen.com---it is one of those sites that I use way too much and wish that I didn't have to. I have had massive allergy problems for my whole life. While my symptoms are constantly morphing into new incarnations, one thing doesn't change--that I have allergies. So, after years of suffering, I have gotten a little wiser and try to stay ahead of my allergies by checking the allergy forecast on Pollen.com.

Pollen.com is really easy to navigate. You can get a 4 day forecast for your area, so you can prepare yourself. Also, it provides information about the predominant pollen. This sometimes is helpful if you already know what you are allergic to. It may also help you identify possible allergens irritating you.

The website is not the most exciting in the world. However, I have been checking it almost daily lately, so it is definitely on my mind!  :)
