Ingredients:
Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Veggies--chopped
Salsa, Avocado, and/or Yogurt to top off (I have been substituting yogurt for sour cream.)
Directions:
Warm a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Place bottom tortilla on skillet. Warm slightly. Then, layer a little cheese on the tortilla. Next, layer a few chopped veggies.
Layer some more cheese.
Finally, place a tortilla on top. When the bottom tortilla is slightly browned, flip over. Your quesadilla is finished once the second tortilla is slightly browned. Very simple!
***We usually use corn tortillas for our quesadillas. If you use flour tortillas, they will get a little browner than that ones that we made.
