Waterford Balloonfest July 17-19 {Wisconsin}

Next weekend, balloons will provide vibrant colors to the skies over Waterford, Wisconsin during Waterford Balloonfest! Waterford is in nearby Racine County, WI so perfect for a day trip! The festival will run the evening of July 17th and all day July 18 and the morning of July 19. The festival is located on the Evergreen Elementary School grounds.


Plenty of fun:

Enjoy early morning balloon launches as well as the evening glow launches. There also will be tethered rides, a helium balloon launch and helicopter rides. A craft fair, kids activities, inflatables, square dancing, bingo, pancake breakfast, food vendors and more will make the festival a wonderful family event! New to the event will be balloon flight competitions so the balloon pilots can show off their skills!

My hometown of Freehold, New Jersey had a balloon launch every year and it was truly one of the events I always looked forward to each and every year! There is just something about hot air balloons that truly capture the imagination so I am sure that this event will not disappoint. Plus, admission is free!
