Tacos Guanajuato in Kildeer recently welcomed us to a flavorful journey featuring tacos with flare. My husband and I are TOTAL taco fans, so we were excited to try Tacos Guanajato's uniquely crafted, gourmet tacos. Tacos Guanajuato presents an incredible selection, making it easy to have a new foodie adventure during every visit.

We capitalized on sunny weather during our visit and settled in for lunch on Tacos Guanajato's darling patio. With the fantastic weather to start fall, the flowers were still in full bloom painting such a beautiful element surrounding the patio!

While scanning the menu, we noted 13 different taco selections, Additionally, the eatery featured two special tacos as well as other specials. While the menu does tempt with quite a collection of tacos, it also features additional delectable meals including burritos, salads and tortas. Appetizers feature guacamole, quesadillas, queso fudido and more. Before our taco adventure, we started off with some homemade chips and salsa. So delicious! Tacos Guanajuato also has three different house-made salsas that come with the tacos. We enjoyed those as well!

We also ordered fresh and yummy guacamole. I love that Tacos Guanajuato's guacamole comes piled high with vibrant veggies. Pretty healthy and vibrant!

Each of us ordered three tacos to savor. I love spots where you can mix and match from a wide variety of tacos. It makes for such a fun and flavorful experience. The tacos arrived placed lovingly side by side on a rectangular platter. Everything looked expertly executed and beautifully presented. Chef Jovanny Diaz crafts truly aesthetically pleasing as well as delicious tacos!

My husband's platter included the Steak Taco, Lamb Taco and Barbacoa Taco. The Lamb Taco is a favorite and can sell out quickly. As you can see, the tacos come so artistically plated. They are almost too pretty to eat. Also, my husband quite enjoyed his! Tacos Guanajuato does make their own tortillas which my husband and I agree makes such a difference. Fresh great flavors!

I did order the special Sweet Potato Taco. I love the sweet flavor contrasting with the cheese. The seeds add a nice crunch. Really a nice taco from a surprising main ingredient!

The Blackened Tilapia Taco was incredibly scrumptious. Topped with a skinny coleslaw, pico de Gallo avocado and chipotle mayo, each bite was quite yummy! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that Tacos Guanajuato has a fish taco that is blackened as an option and not just one that is fried. They also have salmon and mahi mahi tacos as well -- in addition to a fish fry. Lots of choices for fish taco fans!

Somehow, I missed out on taking a snap of the Grilled Shrimp Taco! It is in the one in the center of my platter. So tasty and topped with avocado, pico de gallo, skinny coleslaw and chipotle mayo.

With patio season nearing its end, Tacos Guanajuato does have a jubilant inside with such a festive atmosphere for dining! Ordering to-go is easy as well! Tacos Guanajuato has PLENTY of gluten-free options, making it a great choice for those looking for gluten-free items.
Our visit to Tacos Guanajuato treated us to much-needed downtime featuring fantastic food. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch exploring wonderful flavors. We look forward to returning to Tacos Guanajuato for another lovely meal!
